The Borough Council is inviting you to comment on the Draft Local Plan Regulation 18. The
consultation starts at 9am on Wednesday 31 July 2024, closing at 5pm on Friday 27 September
2024.
This Regulation 18 draft of the Local Plan seeks to:
 Revisit the spatial strategy for the borough
 Focus on strategic planning issues and matters, including proposed strategic and nonstrategic
(major) residential and employment allocations
 Propose a suite of policies related to key strategic issues
